ProxyPass with ? URL

I'm using proxypass for my url redirection from http://hostname/leaveapp to http://hostname/leaveapp?form=leave.
I had tried to add below configuration into httpd.conf:
*ProxyPass /leaveapp "http://hostname/leaveapp?form=leave"*
The problem is http can not recognize "?". It's redirect to http://hostname/leaveapp.
Anyone can advise how to work on special character on URL?
