TDS 6.0 to 6.2 Upgradation Doubt

Hi,

we have a migration from TDS 6.0 to 6.2. We are doing on the same
machine up upgradation.
Platfrom: Windows 2003

Current version: ITDS 6.0 + DB2 9.5
Target Version ITDS6.2 + DB2 9.5

My doubt is when migrating to the 6.2 through the GUI, do we need to
install the DB2 or not? since we already have the 9.5 version with
TDS6.0.
