Subject: Missing Data in Log
Hi,

we are looking  at capturing the daily deltas to our production online systems using CA Log Analyzer and then capturing these on and then reapplying with a few extra columns added (Log_timestamp, Update type)to a new schema for data warehousing. It is intended that we only capture the last update for the of the day for any record.

It is suggested that we may be loosing some transactions. Can anyone suggest a way of testing this? I believe it is possible to bypass the log by running utility processes; but apart from that is there any other way that you can avoid the log?

Cheers
