Follow-up to Autism Week 2012

Dear subscribers, I have had a few successful sharings, where I had the opportunity to distribute hard copies of the newly revised parents' guide to autism booklet. I also witnessed the founding of the Macau Autism Association and briefly appeared on the Macau National TV. During my stay in Guangzhou, I was mobbed by parents, teachers and social workers who want to take photos of me or request for my autograph. I realized that I may be the only person on the spectrum who is actively doing autism advocacy in native Mandarin. Therefore, the role I play for the Chinese autism community was much greater than I ever imagined, and I felt that I could do much good by continuing with my autism work in Chinese.... more »
