White Paper on Continuity of Care Program Assessments and Development

I am attaching this paper which discusses the importance on Continuity of Patient Care and the need for internal auditors to assess their Health System's program or help develop a program if one does not exist. This is related to cybersecurity but 100% based on hospital operations after a cyber event has led to an extended IT outage.
