Dear All,

I am trying to export some data to excel sheet using stop test point properties. IADS automatically creates and opens the excel file filled with my data group. Those excel files are not saved unless I manually save them in the Excel dialog box. Is there any way to store data in excel sheet without opening the excel sheet?

Thanks for Interest
Best Regard

If you don't need them to be opened in Excel then just export them as .csv.
Excel will still be able to open that format and the .csv just saves as a
file.

Thanks Adam,

CSV files are automatically created inside the client workstation folder, is there any way to change destination folder.

Murat,
Yes. In the PropertyBag for the Data group add '
\\DefaultExportDirectory=C:/Temp/myExportDirectory' Or the exact path you
wish to use for these files. They will save to that directory. Additional
details about Properties that can be added to the Data Group can be found
under help 'Data Group Setup'.
