SQUARE 1 ART ORDERING DEADLINE is WEDNESDAY!

Please remember to return your child's paper order form with payment to school by Wednesday, November 14th.
You can give it to your child's teacher, ask Mrs. Henry to put it in my mailbox in the front office, or bring it right to me in the library.
I will also be at the PTO meeting on Wednesday night if you would like to give it to me then.
Payment can be check made out to "Square 1 Art" or cash or credit or debit by writing your card number on the order form.

If you would like to order this way, you can do so at school on Wednesday night if you haven't had time before then.

Lost your child's paperwork? No worries.
If you have lost your order form or do not know your child's access code (which is a list of random letters and numbers on the sheet above their stickers)
I have extra forms and a list of access codes in the library.
