There is a good saying, “apple is rotten from inside out”.  The problem and the crisis in Taiwan today is not totally the making of KMT. There are so many dump Taiwanese who are so short-sighted and so self-interested; they only care for their interest. These “Taiwanese” are to be blamed too. Do you know how many Hakka and how many Ho-lo Taiwanese and politicians working for the KMT?  I simply cannot be too optimistic about the future of Taiwan as long as there is no single consensus about an independent Taiwan.  The message in your mail is important; I wish many people in Taiwan can hear and see it too; can you please send  this message to those dump Taiwanese?

北美客協對台灣2009年12月5日選舉介呼籲

 

1895年甲午戰敗後，清廷將台灣割讓日本，台灣人民無權掌握自己命運，生活在驚恐當中，此後留下血跡斑斑的歷史。 沒想到到了2009年，台灣人民再次生活在恐懼當中，眼睜睜地看著台灣即將落入中共手裡. 國際觀察台灣的局勢, 已到無比險峻的地步。

 

過去幾年，中國國民黨與統派媒體隨著中國共產黨的文功武嚇，誤導台灣人民，造成國民黨一黨獨大，促成中共統戰的絕對優勢。中國國民黨重新執政以來，挾一黨獨大之勢，行事蠻橫，凡事不與人民參詳，諸多舉措枉顧人民身家性命，百姓苦不堪言，說台灣人生活在水深火熱之中，亦不為過。

 

幸好，台灣今年還有選舉可選，這是唯一可以表達台灣人民意志的機會，在台灣局勢危急之際，我們切望同胞們慎重行使選舉權，我們呼籲同胞們做到下面”三絕”：

 

一、   絕對要去投票。

許多同胞為台灣奮鬥多年，對台灣今日狀況極度失望，無心政治，不想投票；可是請想一想，台灣沒有一次比現在更需要你的一票，務必請你為台灣再出一次力，2009年12月5日一定要去投票。

 

二、   絕對不讓一黨獨大。

  務必請你告訴你的親戚朋友，假如你要有自由民主的台灣, 這次選舉一定不要投給親中的中國國民黨，只有人民選票的力量，才能制衡一黨獨大，才能擋住台灣向中共傾斜, 才能避免台灣被中共併吞。

 

三、   絕對不買/賣票。

  台灣人今日的痛苦，起因於過去許多人的無明, 選舉時收人五佰一仟，就把台灣人所有的幸福都出賣了！務必請你告訴你的親戚朋友，賄選是一切罪惡的根源，買/賣票的罪惡與殺人放火一樣深重。

 

北美台灣客家公共事務協會與台灣關係深遠，對台灣的愛永不改變，我們瞭解，現今國際間有無數的團體與個人與我們一樣憂心台灣的安危，唯有台灣人表達自己的意願，才能得到國際的援手；我們期盼國人不要放棄，為台灣前途慎重行使你的選舉權！我們一起努力！
