I am looking for the cheapest place for some Cornelius keg. I understand that home/hobby brews use them sometimes.

If you have a lead please message me off -list.

Also check out Adventures in Homebrewing.  Good folks.  Located in Taylor and Ann Arbor.

They have used Corny kegs for 30 bucks.

If the intent is beer brewing, the "better bottle" is supposedly very
quick to clean and sterilize, and with the price listed below for the
corny keg, cheaper too unless you can find them as donationware.

At one time (year ago?), Adventures had a "broken handle" deal on them for $10 (!) Sans lid, available separately for $15. ($25 in total still a fantastic deal) They had a whole shed full of em, so they might still be of sale if you ask, even if not advertised.  Some of them hold pressure and some do not, so you have to choose and cross your fingers.  I got 2 good ones and 2 bad ones.

Is the goal to hold liquid under pressure, or some other use?

The goal is to feed liquid under pressure.
