I know a number of people here have put together projects that might
be interesting as kits, but they don't want the hassle of selling the
kits themselves. Seems that it's a common hackerspace problem, so a
hackerspace solved it:

Now I'm thinking, would they be able to get parts with an unreasonable
MOQ, and then sell you your own kit with the stuff that you weren't
able to source for yourself? HMMMmmm..
