Who plans to be at the lightshow festival? If so, which night:
tonight, tomorrow, both? Want to meet up one or both nights? If so,
how about we meet at the corner of Woodward and Warren?

In the past, we've used channel 3, code 3. I don't always carry a
radio but I'll try to remember to bring several.

I was planning to take a few blinky/shiny things down, just for fun.
Really tempted to throw Car #3 in the back of my car, since it fits
and it's bright and it's fun and it'll be getting an overhaul before
next season anyway.

Update: Xander and I headed down and had fun, a lot of people
recognized us, including one of the NYC-based makers whose exhibit was
part of dlectricity. A lot of the art was really neat. Richard had a
piece in the show, which I didn't even know about until afterward.
Car#3's steering is in tragic need of repair, and ibuprofen is
awesome.

Had I known you were planning on taking #3 I would have told you not to.
After NY it is need of some major work. I wouldn't take it out again until
it's had some work done on it.

I find it funny that the one that I enjoyed the most was the silver
balloons on ccs campus. The light installations up and down woodward were
boring, but the balloons dancing and reflecting was entrancing
That's art for you. You bring your own eyes to it.
Also, full disclosure, I definitely had my art bitch cranked to 12
that night. But in the end, because I did not put up, perhaps I should
shut up, until next year.
