The lasers arrived, and were moved into the space this morning. The time has come to reveal a surprise! The shipment contained not one, but two identical laser cutters!
One of them is the property of i3Detroit. The other was purchased entirely by one of our members. When we also account for the one purchased by Sector67 hacker space in Madison, Wisconsin, the combined orders of these three purchasers gave us all a big discount.
The process of setting them up has begun! It's exciting!
