I often listen to hypnotherapy mp3s to aid my sleep. Sometimes I will
feel a little antsy and begin thinking about other things, not
concentrating on the hypnotherapist. When I sense this happening I
will stop the recording and do a few things. I use it as a chance to
go to the toilet, have a drink or something to eat, close the window
or anything else that may distract me. After I've done this I do some
light exercise like some squats and push-ups and then start the
hypnosis mp3 again. I find this refocuses me and the second time I
will always drift off to sleep.
