problem importing .csv file

I recently purchased Hyperniche after taking the NPMR workshop. When I
try to import a .csv file, I keep receiving an error message. When I
was taking the workshop, I could import the same .csv files I am
attempting to import now, so I don't think it is a formatting error.
I'm not sure why it worked when I was using the temporary workshop
hyperniche license, but not with the version I purchased. (I am
running windows home premium 7 on my partitioned mac.)
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Katie,

I'm not sure why you would see a difference. After installing at
home, did you download and install the fixes?

If not, please try that first. If it doesn't work, please email the
file and the error message to the address given in the HyperNiche
technical help instructions, along with a copy of your explanation.
