After further thought, I believe that my justice definition proposal
is a bad one. An egalitarian, locked-in mind would be sanctioned with
the philosophy of communism if what every each has is collected, put
into a pool, then divided to each.

On the positive side of what I was trying to communicate was the
judicial, pay-back of punishment for crimes with an "eye for an eye"
philosophy.

I think that Objectivists should continue to think of justice as
Leonard Peikoff has defined Ayn Rand's meaning in the sub-chapter
"Justice as Rationality in the Evaluation of Men" (Objectivism: The
Philosophy of Ayn Rand; p. 276)

Too much like: from each according to his ability, and to each
according to his need.
