The Humanist Makers Reading Group is summer reading group,
open to all, and based on
William Turkel's suggested readings for Humanist Makers. For
8 weeks we'll discuss a book a week, with related readings optional
starting the third week in June. For those of us who want to BUILD in addition to the reading, we'll progress over the course of the summer tinkering away. The building schedule can run parallel to the reading schedule.
Decisions of what readings to pursue are all up to members of the group -- we can start with Turkel's list and go from there. There are no assignments -- but we ask that you share your reactions to each reading here, or in your personal blogs. Taking a vacation and can't do each week's readings.. or you're interested in half of them? That's OK. We'll still love ya. Who knew summer reading could be so much fun?
