You may want to try the PanoTools NG discussion group
http://wiki.panotools.org/PanoToolsNG, for example, as they cover more
general topics. The focus of this group has a tighter focus and your
question really lies outside of that. If you want to make a Hugin android
app, say for a ICS tablet, that'd be a different matter :-).
