Re: "linefind.exe has stopped working" error

Here's a smaller set of files to reproduce the problem. (I've actually been getting this error on almost everything I try to stitch together with hugin.)

I'm using the fix at https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!msg/hugin-ptx/tf6Qiz7F7tI/nXtRSv_jUZ4J to get past the problem with memory allocation.

I am running windows 7 64 bit on an i5 with 16 gig of ram of which 10 gig is free.

In my previous post I linked to a large 250 mb set of files. Here is a link to just 1.5 mb of files that create this problem:

I've tried it using 14mm and 28mm focal length, same result each time.

Sorry, I'm on linux and although my windows emulator may be able to

This message normally indicates that this file has been edited (or the
other ones have been). Either the other files o this one has an
additional color channel (normally this is an alpha channel).
Have you edited some or your images?

What software are you trying to install? The sendspace link is to a zip of jpg files. Linux should be able to open that without anything new.

I made them by converting an mpeg video to jpg stills using ffmpeg.

Here's the command line I used:

ffmpeg -i E:\-\flashbulb-home\gh2\apartment\movie\00004.MTS -r 6 -f image2 E:\-\flashbulb-home\gh2\apartment\movie\0004/%05d.png

BTW in the previous post everywhere I said jpg I meant png.
