i'm very satisfied with how hugin stitches my image sets from a whole day.

i use the same template.pto file for all images since i want them to be
stitched identically for use in a time-lapse film

however in the morning the sun comes up to the right and as a result the
left side of the right picture is more dark as you can see on the
stitched image. this is due to the cam/lens and at what angle light hits
it, has nothing to do with hugin.

in the evening the sun goes down on the left, and creates the same
effect the other way around, so the right side of the left image is too
dark at sundown.

the trouble is, i can't just put a filter over everything, because the
shadeline is only there in the morning and evening and is wider or
smaller, and more or less distinct, depending on the sun position and
intesity.

So, for now, i'm accepting this, but......

does anybody have a good automated method how to filter or smooth out
these light differences?
