Dear Eberhard.

No, unfortunately it's not possible to help you with the info you give us. Who did you pay to make some panoramic picture? This here is the mailing list for http://hugin.sourceforge.net/ and http://panotools.sourceforge.net/, which are both freely available, you should not need to pay someone for them.

Further questions:
- Why is 358 MB only? That sounds like a fairly large image to me.
- Not sharp could be because of your images.
- Who is "them"?

yours sincerely
Habi

PS: I'm aware this might be just a spammy message to the group, but maybe Eberhard Bauch does really want help.

Dear eberhard

Thank you for your payment.

This is a confirmation that we have received your payment properly. You can also print it
as an invoice.

If you have any question about this payment confirmation, feel free to contact us at in...@panomonkey.com.

Did you know that you can upload your finished panoramas to www.360cities.net for free?

Thanks for being our customer and for choosing Panomonkey!

I'm not sure why you post private conversations to this list. Please
stop that.

If you want to shoot and stitch a panorama you could start with one of
the tutorials here:
http://wiki.panotools.org/Tutorials

You can download Hugin (which is a panorama stitching software) here:
http://hugin.sourceforge.net/download/
This FAQ might also help:

I don't believe it, now you even post your own login and passwort to a
mailing list that can be read by everyone. I really hope you don't send
your credit card details, too.

- Even though there is nothing to hide you probably don't want to send you email and password to a public (-> Everyone on the Internet can see it) list.
- If I download the second picture I get an image which is 3000 x 485 pixels in size. It is possible that such an image can be below 400 KB, so everything looks fine to me. The panorama is not very good, but surprisingly good. At least much better than the first panorama I did.
- As I said, this is the "Hugin and Panotols" mailing list, we are NOT responsible for panomonkey and can't help you if you have problems with them.
- As Carl said, you can do such panoramas yourself. It's a learning process, but fairly easy. The necessary links are in his email: http://is.gd/c6Ci1e
- Please do NOT reply or CC to the personal email-adresses from the list, keep the conversation ON the list, where it belongs. And please write in english. And please try to write full sentences.
- I'm on holidays from pretty much now on. You might not get a response from the list anymore. Try to make a panorama yourself with the links above, you'll see that it's possible.

HI Ebby,

I advised you to install Hugin (because Panomonkey was clearly not suitable for you) and then to visit this forum when you need help with it. I can't believe this was not clear. But when you send me so many skype messages every day as you have been doing, I can understand that maybe my replies are not all clear.

Sorry everybody for the confusion.

Panomonkey is still in beta, but it is pretty cool anyway ;-) Probably not at all the kind of thing people here want to use - I guess Hugin is more for tinkerers :-)

Jeffrey
