2011.4 - vanishing batcher GUI on Win64

Twice now with 2011.4.0 (windows 64 bit) on win7 the batcher GUI has
vanished from the screen and the list of active windows -- but still
runs when one hits "stitch" in Hugin. The only way to recover a
usable gui seems to be to kill the batcher and its subprocesses in
Task Manager then restart batcher from Hugin. Not sure what event mad
it vanish, but I think it happened when I hit "stitch" -- I was not
interacting with the batcher at the time.
