I received an contract violation stating image sizes were not consistent from PT Batcher.  I've never seen this before and didn't find a relevant topic in the discussions.  Any thoughts on what this is and how to resolve it?

Here are the details

Using:  Hugin Version: 2011.2.0-RC4 built by Harry van der Wolf

===========================================================================

Input images

===========================================================================

Number of images in project file: 33

Number of active images: 18

<snip>

Images 0-16 process fine, and image 32, the 18th image throws an error.  Most of image 32 is masked out and control points were manually added to match to images 15 and 16.  There is a large pitch required to register the image.

Error Log:

The control points are not used in this stage. So the error is not
related to the control points.

Could you provide the pto file?
Do you the remapping on the CPU or on the GPU?

2011.2.0 is outdated, even on older Macs you could at least try 2011.4.0
which is the latest version to support 10.4 and PPC (not sure what kind
of Mac and OS you use), also PTBatcherGUI has improved a lot in that
version.

"...Most of image 32 is masked out..."
Just an idea: did you add an alpha channel to some of your images? If
so, all others also need an alpha channel, even if it's not used (empty).

BTW here is the link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2011.4/

Both "mac" links will do, I think the "installer" just makes sure that
this particular version is "made public" to the OS so that double
clicking on a .pto file will make sure this version is used (instead of
an older one).

Hi all, thanks for the thoughts on resolving this.  I did download 2012.0.0 and also tried the pto with 2011.5.0.x and threw the same errors.

Upon closer checking the 18th image was out of the field of view vertically, and also out of the crop area vertically, and not optimized.  I think I must have deleted a newer optimized version, and gone back to a prior version of the pto at some point.

Optimizing the project to bring the image into the field of view solved the problem and the pto builds in all versions listed above.

Presumably the error was being thrown by large d -2900, e 1800, g -2500 and t 1200 on the one image.  Other values are in normal ranges.

I can post the pto if someone thinks there might be something useful to look at, but I'm moving on.

Thanks again to the community for quick responses.
