I built a new package containing a stand-alone enblend, enfuse and align_image_stack.
A week ago I mentioned that this wouldn't be a regular build but I more or less automated the process for a stand-alone build of enblend/enfuse and I fully stripped and altered Ippei's Hugin Xcode project to only build a fully static stand-alone align_image_stack.
Apart from the (long) through-put time of the compilation/build itself, the package creation is a 20 minutes job.
In short: The stand-alone enblend/enfuse/align_image_stack package will be a (more or less) regularly build package.
