OSX- Hugin-svn2692_20080124 ready for download

Hi all,

I finally managed to create a new build.

It is built on svn version 2692 of today, January 24th and compiled
against wxwindows 2.8 (wxMac 2.8.7).
enblend/enfuse CVS 20080123 and exiftool 7.13 are included.
I created enblend/enfuse as "stand alone" static compiled versions.
If you really want to you can copy them out of the bundle and use
them stand alone.

Please note that you no longer need to add an extension to the image
to be saved. Just specify the name, but if you specify an extension,
make sure it is .tiff instead of .tif, otherwise you'll get an error.
