if it is within you to just run and not race, then that is what you =
should do...

Subject: [Minimalist Runner:123082] Racing
Most things I read say I should want to sign up for a race to motivate =
me. I seem motivated enough without that, but a race might be fun.
But maybe after I've been running long enough to not have to worry =
about my condition? Or after I can run a certain speed within my MAF? =
After consistently running for 3 months or 6 months or a year?
When is the time to think about whether I want to enroll in a race? =
And how should I decide how long a race I'm ready for?
