Tuck, have you checked the canting on your ski boots?  You could adjust the
one with the problem so the foot and whole leg is kind of held where it
should by the canting angle.  

I've done this BTW, but only had one 30 min run this year to try it out,
think it was okay.  To be honest I'm thinking of getting a new pair of
boots now,  perhaps some touring boots with an eye to getting in to ski
touring. (well one day when I've made my fortune).
