Sean- Yes, he wore Hokas. I believe they were a new model, but he was
bombing down a hill when he met me on the out-and-back. Dude was absolutely
flying... easily sub-5:30.

Hallucinations aren't bad until you can't tell the difference between
fallen light leaves and rocks. Running on the East Coast in fall over
technical trails at night blows.

My succinct race reports are more of a function of my schedule. Since I
stopped teaching, I no longer have eight hours a day to compose
novel-length race reports. :-)
