Subject: Re: [Minimalist Runner:121745] pain, cortisol, and HR

I don't know if good fat bad fat has different impact.  Most of my fat
comes from dairy, olive oil, and coconut oil.  Lesser amounts from sea
food. Veggie oil creeps in when I can't cook.  According to the therapist I
saw in Japan in March, my body can handle large quantities of carbs but not
so much the nutrient dense foods. He said the liver and kidney gets over
worked.  The first sign is when my right shoulder drops.  And soon the
right big toe flares.  If he didn't say anything about the right shoulder I
would have blown it off.

I've started the oil and socks at night when it got so painful just walking.
