Like Rich said, it's Friday, so I'll take a wild guess without doing any 
research. Clearly, you need to get your legs into the act as quickly as 
possible. Your arms just aren't that strong. I can do 15 pull ups pretty 
easily and still haven't managed to do a single muscle up. I'm close, but 
they're darn hard and my technique probably sucks. Attempts also bother my 
shoulder, so they're somewhat infrequent. Anyway, I suspect that you hook 
your foot over the branch and lever up into a position where your knee is 
above your foot. Probably you'll want the bar/branch in your near side 
armpit at about that point, getting your torso as close to the branch as 
possible. Push with your foot and roll your torso above the branch before 
pushing up with your arms. Keep your knee bent so that you can rock body 
weight over the foot. Stand up.
