Hi

I'm on the latest beta of Fiddler (v2.2.7.9) and trying to use it to
create a visual studio webtest. Leaving all of the plugins ticked
causes the following error to be displayed:

---------------------------
Error during save...
---------------------------
One or more plugins returned an error, but the remaining plugins
executed and the WebTest was written.

---

That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.

---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Unchecking the options, it would appear that only ParseDependents
fails and the rest pass. I'm not sure if that's any help, or if this
is the right place to report it.

Regards,
Matthew

Fascinating. Where is Fiddler installed to?

Fiddler is running from "C:\Program Files\Fiddler2\Fiddler.exe". I'm
on Windows Server 2003 patched all the way up to current and I'm a
local administrator.

Interesting. Do you see the same problem on the older 2.2.7.5 build?
It's at http://www.fiddler2.com/dl/fiddler2setup.exe

thanks!

I get the same problem on 2.2.7.5 and the latest beta (2.2.8.0). I've
had a look in the CAS policy editor and it reckons that Fiddler should
be running with Full Trust. I'm not sure what else to try.

It appears to be something wrong with that computer, as I now have it
up and running on a different computer. I tried reinstalling SP1 for
VS2005 to see if that fixed anything but it made no difference.

Thanks,
Matthew
