My question is about the Average bytes per page, it seems really
accurate, but I tried to download several pages from several websites
and all the time the page's size is bigger then I expect based on
stats, Can someone explain that ?

The size is *transfer* size. If you're looking at the UNcompressed file sizes it will be bigger.
