On IE9, the sound works but the video does not

I'm currently playing the video at http://html5media.info/ on Windows 7, IE9.  I can hear the sound but the video is stuck on the frog creature.  Is that normal?

No, that's normal. Last time I tested that page, it worked fine on Win7/IE9.
