Well, except for Warren Buffett.
They should be banned from this country.
Or maybe they already are on the Homeland Security list...

Why petition? Just write the damn check. Sounds like typical leftist
empty posturing and rhetoric to me.
And I love Warren Buffett to death for his business acumen. But, when
he likes to relate his little story about how his secretary pays taxes
at a higher rate than he, and he fails to mention that he is including
FICA, which as we all know is not a tax but a mandatory
retirement/disability insurance program, (Unless you think it IS a
wealth redistribution scheme!) then he is being intellectually
dishonest.
Anybody who knows anything about business knows that that FICA is only
collected on the first $106,800 of earned income for 2009. Benefits
are also capped lest you think the "rich" are getting a free ride on
the backs of the poor.
Only math deficient individuals or folks with an agenda would make the
mistake of including FICA deductions in a person's overall tax rate.
