Green room and activities advice

My request is mostly for directors on this list.  I am starting production of "The Canterbury Tales" adapted by Lindsay Price.  I was wondering what activities some of you who have done this production have done to promote bonding.  I am also looking for some Green Room activities to change up what we currently do.  Thanks in advance for your wisdom.
