I download the file "hslab-text-to-sms.exe" from HSLAB site and when a
click do install, my Mcafee Viruscan send-me a message that
killdll.dll is a TroyHorse detected as Generic.dx and I can not
continue with installation. What is wrong?

I have some problem with manual installation of agent (on client
machine)
I am using directions from agent deployment readme.txt
so it looks like:
hslab-access-control-4-agent.e xe /SILENT 192.168.1.1\ACCESSCONTROL 0
It looks like installation performed, bud I can't find machine in

You can monitor any local on any computer? where Print Logger is
installed. So you should install the Print Logger software on all
computers with local printers.
If you're using Print Logger SBE and above, you can consolidate all

Dear Sir, Madam,

I don't understand the problem i encountered. I installed HSLAB Print
logger EE on a Windows Server 2003 which account the pages that users
print only when it wants. We are about 100 users with 5 collective
printers and it's necessary to count the pages per user and per
printer but the software don't do that at the moment !

It's not remembering the setting. I have tried reinstalling Force
Down. Any ideas what the problem might be? (running XP Professional
