 U rujnu 2004. sam imao reaktivni artritis, sto se dobro saniralo, pio sam
indometacin i sulfasalazin a od studenog samo sulfasalazin. iduci tjedan sam
narucen na kontrolu pa sam isao napraviti nalaze krvi i urina. eritrociti,
leukociti , hemoglobin , pv, bubrezna funkcija  i jetrene probe su odlicne.
jedino sam nasao da pise da je imam 1 atipicni limfocit, dok za ref.
vrijednosti pise da ih treba biti 0. i jos u urinu sve ok, jedino acetonske
tvari +2 a ref. bi trebale biti negativne. Eto, zanima me sta je sad s tim
limfocitima jer su brojcano u normalnom rasponu, nemam nikakvih oteklih
cvorica a ne osjecam ni mononukleozu na vidiku..jel moguce da sulfasalazin
djeluje na krvnu sliku tako ? ili je ovo nekakav slucajni nalaz?

Ništa posebno. Atipični limfociti se pojavljuju tijekom najobičnijih viroza.
Jedan jedini ne znači baš ništa.

To je već zanimljivije...
Ketoni (acetonske tveri) u urinu se pojavljuju kod dehidracije, te u
stanjima acidoze bilo kojeg porijekla (dogotrajno povišen šećer, acidoze
zbog bubežnih bolesti...).
Obzirom na (kako tvrdiš) sve uredne ostale nalaze, tipujem na dehidraciju
(odnosno činjenicu da prije davanja urina na analizu vjerojatno nisi jeo ni
pio nekoliko prethodnih sati).

Aceton se javlja kod gladovanja. Hidracija moľe biti sasvim uredna. Moľe se
javiti i kod ketogenih dijeta (sa izuzetno malim količinama ugljikohidrata u
prehrani). Treća mogućnost je da se javi kod hipoglikemija.

Slaľem se.
Poątedjet ćemo ąiru čitalačku populaciju rasprave o tome da je i gladovanje
dehidracija - ali na staničnoj razini, te da je i hipoglikemija gladovanje -
ali na staničnoj razini  :-)
