You may move the hard drive from the original under-the-PSU location to
the alternate under-the-optical location.

For this you do not need the special blue plastic with washer screws, but
you DO need the special #6-32 UNC silver screws.

Simply remove four (4) from the motherboard and substitute four (4)
generic #6-32 UNC x 1/4" machine screws in the motherboard.
