Individualization Failed, Error: 8152, is almost always because en0 is
not set correctly.
Another fix is to delete the preferences which appear to be involved
with this error, and to reboot, thereby forcing the preferences to be
rebuilt correctly.
The required deletions are:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist
not set correctly.
