Server down-swap time!

As some of you may know, I recently experienced a problem with my p4server. A power spike knocked out my ethernet port and I have no way to fix it as the slot itself appears to be non-functional. I do have an onboard ethernet port, but it is only 10/100 and I really wanted to keep the connection at a gigabit to match the rest of my network.
The rest of the board appears to be functional, as SL runs fine it just doesn't communicate. My plan is to use one of the other systems I have to take it's place. So I really have no more use for the P4 in the system.
The cpu in question is a Pentium 4 - 3.0 Ghz with hyper-threading. I believe the model number is 630. If anyone has any use for this, let me know. I would really like to swap it for a motherboard, something which could be used with a c2d socket 775, but I am willing to discuss other trades.

Update on the server, I've decided to use the GA-H55N-USB3 for this system as that seems to be my best alternative. This system requires a video card as the onboard video is not supported, so I have ordered one of these:
A standard riser card on this system is meant for the PCI slot, but would not line up correctly with the PCI-e video card slot. So I figured this would be the best way. Anyone have any experience with this type of riser cable?
Also I have the system partially setup using my test jig case and Lion is running purrfectly at 10.7.4. The video card I'm using is a 7200 GS as I have a few of those and this is an excellent platform to use it for as I will primarily be using it via screen sharing. There are times when I must go into the server room to work on the system, but the monitor I have in there is limited to 1024x768. IOW, this is not a video/audio intensive system so there is no sense wasting a better card on it.

If you're not planning to watch videos or anything on the system, why not just run it with the unsupported onboard video which should default to 1024/768 normally. I never run my servers with drivers for the video card unless the OS has them natively. No need since mine are almost always run headless.

Actually I tried that first, but as I am using an I3 - 550 CPU, the onboard gfx doesn't work. I've run into the same problem with this system in the past. I do like to have the ability to use a monitor at the system for certain aspects, so this solution was the easiest and chapest for me.
