Are you planning to develop a plugin for Growl for Windows?

There are no immediate plans to release a Howl plugin for Growl for Windows.

There are plans, however, to open an API for scripts and other programs to post to Howl. At that point others would be free to implement such a plugin.

Cool - would you mind let me know early about the API specs? I am one
of the developers of Snarl (http://www.fullphat.net/) and would be
very happy to build a Howl style for it :)
