summer perms - get your requests in early

I expect to be out of town some this summer with no access to email or perm files.  If you want to ride one of my perms, please get your request in as early as possible.  Other perm owners may be in a similar situation, so bear that in mind when planning your rides over the next few months.

I hope to see lots of riders out for the nighttime ride on July 18.
