According to this article on a GOP fan site, Republicans may be implicated
in crimes related to the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01.
Here's why.
When Khalid Sheikh Muhammed was captured in Pakistan, he cooperated with
interrogators.
He not only willingly told them about al Quaea's activities - he was
downright EAGER to tell them.
At some point during the questioning, the Bush administration ordered
interrogators to stop asking him questions.
Instead, they ordered the CIA to begin torturing him.
While some have speculated that he was silenced to protect the Republicans,
there's no evidence of that.
Rather, as most Republicans will openly tell you, committing these crimes
was their way of entertaining themselves.
Unfortunately, this self-gratification by the GOP cut off an important
source of intelligence we could have used to defeat al Quaeda.
The Republican position is now that the American people are not really
interested in convicting KSM of his crimes.
Instead, they say, this is America's way of hurting the Republicans.
Still, in spite of Republican opposition to what the American people are
doing, the trials of the terrorists will go forward.
You must work for CBS. If you can't distort what you want you make it
up.
Once again, you've taken perfectly good data and used it to jump to a
completely wrong conclusion.
I do not work for CBS.
In fact, of the millions of Americans who want these criminals treated as
criminals - almost none of us work for CBS.
On the other hand - of those who do NOT want the criminals put on trial,
almost all of y'all are Republicans.
I don't want to sound like I'm covering for Bush, I'm not; but if you
really want to keep the facts straight, this little statement: "At
some point during the questioning, the Bush administration ordered
interrogators to stop asking him questions.
Instead, they ordered the CIA to begin torturing him. " is just that,
a statement, made by you with nothing to support it. Straight from
the White House edited ABC news desk.

It doesn';t matter if you don't believe it.
You and yours are irrelevant.
