(fine art gallery retail division of Fidelity Investments, Boston,
Massachusetts).
Effectively created, installed, and directed an in-house revolving
credit card program. Substantially increased sales and profits at 32
retail art gallery sites, located in major malls throughout 15 states.
Total profit and loss responsibility. Also charged with in-house
mailing list management, mailing fulfillment, and marketing support.
Reports to the President & C.E.O. of Wentworth. Awarded equity stock
by the President of Fidelity Investments.
Vice President & Director of Credit (03/81 - 03/92)
Mayor's Jewelers, Inc., Coral Gables, Florida
(a leading Florida fine jewelry retail store chain)
Total profit and loss responsibility for credit sales at 20 retail
stores located in major malls throughout South and Central Florida.
Reported directly to the Chairman. Exceeded all corporate credit
objectives. Personally designed and installed Mayor's in-house
state-of-the-art retail accounts receivable computerized system.

Director Master Card/Visa Security (08/78-03/81)

(Master Card/Visa Division of the former Southeast Bank Corp.)
Responsible for Master Card/Visa fraud prevention, and the criminal
prosecution of those committing fraud against the bank. Supervised
security staff of 22 employees, including 6 professional security
investigators.
