Now here is a place that will never make Marvin Zindlers Blue Ribbon
list.

Recently, my extended family and I decided to try out the Kingfish
Market on Richmond.
Service was very good. I don't recall the name of our waitress, but she
was fantastic. However, the food was less than tasty, and priced about
the same as Red Lobster.

We had stuffed lobster, fried shrimp, and various fish dinners. Though
our party was fairly large, few members were happy with the quality of
their meal at this Kingfish Market.

The lobster was very tough, and the fried shrimp dinner was about $15.00
for a few tiny, slit shrimp. No butterflied shrimp could be found. In
case you're sensitive to this, the shrimp was not deveined, thus, each
one had a dark intestinal track still intact.

In the end, the bill came to hundreds of dollars for meals that was very
low grade when compared to Red Lobster or any place in Kemah.

Oh, if you happen to go outside the the patio and bar, and you notice
bags of water hanging above your head, its not a prank. According to
the bartender, Kingfish Market hangs those bags of water because
according to old mexican tradition, if a mosquito sees its reflection,
it will "run away".

That should tell you something about the place even before you order.

Oh, btw, I have frequented Red Lobster for years, and though its a chain,
the food has always been great, and service is always perfect.

If it's the same Tracey that has been crossposting its rants to the
various *.general groups, it's safe to ignore or killfile.

I always heard that the big of water is to keep the flies of your food.
