Just got back from happy hour at the Mesa Grill on West Gray - from 5:30 to
7:30 they had free (and very yummy) tortillas - a guy heats them up for you on
a griddle (but not greasy) and adds cheese and either a veg mixture (the best)
or a chicken mixture (also good). Also you get a basket of chips that includes
sweet potato chips, and two salsas, very flavorful although I suspect they are
using liquid smoke in the green one. And that's just the free stuff!
Margaritas were 3.75, in a big glass. Good but not great (I like them sour).

The menu looked interesting and I'm told the portions are good. Prices from
7.95 to 15.95 more or less. And a dessert tray. Pretty good service, even for
the free food.
