the problem isnt with domain ownership. it says it still processing my
payment, but my bank shows that the payment has cleared. so its not
asking to verify ownership, its telling payment is still processing. i
searched the boards before i posted to this question, in which the
other answer dont really apply to my situation.

Hello Larry,

I am so sorry that I did not reply soon. Yes now I am able to use
google apps easily and everthing seems correct. I even installed one
app called code review from labs and configured MX records.

What file you will be submitting to "My Sitemap URL"? Even if you will
create your sitemap.xml, where we need to put this file on our site?
In earlier versions, there was an option, now with sites, its
confusing...
