Google appears to have fixed the IMAP problems.  I am once again
seeing the IMAP options in my Google Apps installations and the newer
GMail interface is showing up again.  Thanks for fixing that so
quickly, Google!

Log out, and then clear your browser's cache.  Then login.  IMAP is
back for me too, as well as is "Get mail from other accounts".
