Sorry you are getting confused. If 1and1 is your current service
provider then you do not need to change providers in order to use
GApps. Through 1and1 you can setup what are called MX records. These
allow you to receive email addressed to accounts in your domain, e.g.
an email sent to mi...@mydomain.com will be delivered to the inbox of

now im confused i got a new domain through google aps and then used
google aps, i want to move a domain away from 1and1.com and then have
it hosted by google aps. so are you telling me i have to move domain
to for example godaddy.com and then setup google aps? which should i
do first move domain and then records or records and then move domain?

I also have this question.

I am doubtful it will work with Google Apps. Google Reader and Google
Groups don't work with my Apps for Your Domain account. Google does
wonderful stuff but Apps for Your Domain is a "step child" without
full integration yet.

It works now.
It was only a question of time.
Secondary domain MX configuration was set LATER than MX configuration
for primary domain. After some hours secondary domain started to work
either.

That sound like you might have try created team edition or a google
apps if you sign up for a google apps then you will have to wait
about 20 days 14 days for it to expire and 5-7 days for it to clear
the system. or you can contact google apps help center and let them
delete the account.
