As for legal compliance, Google Apps does not currently have anything
written into it's agreements that guarantees compliance. As you
probably know, compliance is set up by the user of the technology and
not the technology itself. With that said, Google can be set up in
such a manner that it will comply with legal requirements. For
example, if you would like to set up a mail gateway with an approval
system, this can be done. We have partners that can do it, or you can
