Hello Friends of Horton Park

We are convening a week early this month to better fit some schedules, so
find Hannah, Steph and Paul at  Horton Park Garden Time
on Sunday, October 7, 12pm – 2pm. We  have been pondering some new plants
for the next season, so we may incorporate some prep work alongside any end
of season tasks. Haven't been there during the season?  Depending on the
weather, this could be the last session in the garden this year, so stop on
by! With any luck, my daughter who has been on a baking kick, will provide
us some muffins.
Also, a head's up that there is a community harvest party in the works for
Oct 27th at Hancock Rec Center. Early reports have mentioned a bonfire,
music, stone soup, a vegetable seed swap and more.  Save the date and look
for more announcements in neighborhood news.
